Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between Parekh Tube Distributors LLP, Opp. Meghana Bidi, Station Road, Raipur (C.G.) 492001, India ("we", "us"), and the business that signs up for Pipeflow Connect ("you"). The person who accepts them confirms they are allowed to do so for that business. Pipeflow Connect is for businesses, not for personal use.

2. The service

Pipeflow Connect lets your staff share one WhatsApp Business number through a shared inbox, and lets you send automatic updates (such as dispatch, LR and invoice messages) to customers who agreed to them. It uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. During the pilot we may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you before removing one you use.

3. Your responsibilities

• Message only people who gave you permission, record that permission truthfully, and respect STOP at once.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Indian law.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content, and do not use the service for anything WhatsApp does not allow.
• Keep the data you import accurate, and import only data you are allowed to use.
• Invite only your own staff, keep sign-ins and two-step codes private, and remove staff who leave. You are responsible for what your staff do in the service.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

Your WhatsApp Business Account and number remain yours and are also governed by Meta’s terms. Meta charges for some messages; those charges are yours, either billed to you by Meta or passed on at cost. Meta may limit or block an account for breaking its policies; we are not responsible for that, or for outages of Meta’s systems.

5. AI features

AI-drafted replies are in development. When offered, they are suggestions: your staff check each one before sending, and a price is never sent without staff approval. You can switch the AI off at any time.

6. Your data

You own your data and your customers’ data. For your customers’ personal data you are the Data Fiduciary and we process it only on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it, use it for advertising or train AI models on it. On request we sign a data processing agreement with you.

7. Fees

There is no fee for Pipeflow Connect during the pilot unless we agree one with you in writing. When paid subscriptions start, we will publish the plans and give you at least 30 days’ notice before any fee applies to you. You may leave instead of paying.

8. Availability

We work to keep Pipeflow Connect available and to fix problems quickly, but during the pilot it is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime. We may pause the service for maintenance or to protect its security.

9. Suspension and ending

• You can stop using Pipeflow Connect and disconnect your number at any time.
• We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, for example by messaging people without permission, or if the law or Meta requires it. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
• After your access ends we delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it longer. Ask us before then if you want a copy.

10. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Pipeflow Connect in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 10,000 if no fee was paid). Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ownership

We own Pipeflow Connect, its software and its design. You may use it for your business while these terms apply. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date and tell you at least 30 days before important changes apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction. Before going to court, we will both try to settle any dispute by talking to each other first.
