1. Who we are
Pipeflow Connect is a shared WhatsApp inbox and messaging service for businesses, provided by Parekh Tube Distributors LLP, Opp. Meghana Bidi, Station Road, Raipur (C.G.) 492001, India (GSTIN 22AAXFP5855F1ZT), "we" or "us" in this policy. Pipeflow Connect is in a pilot and is first used for our own business. It uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
2. Our role for different kinds of data
- A business that uses Pipeflow Connect (a "subscriber") decides why and how its customers are messaged. For its customers’ data, the subscriber is the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we act as its Data Processor, following its instructions.
- For the accounts of a subscriber’s staff, for visitors to this website, and for our own customers during the pilot, we are the Data Fiduciary.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Pipeflow Connect, that business is your first point of contact for your data. We help it answer your requests.
3. Data we process

4. How we use data
- To show a subscriber’s WhatsApp chats in its shared inbox and send the replies its staff write.
- To send the automatic updates a subscriber switches on (for example dispatch, LR and invoice messages), only to contacts who agreed to them.
- To enforce consent: before every message we check consent, opt-outs, WhatsApp’s rules, price approval, the right recipient and sending limits, and we record each decision.
- To keep the service secure, investigate problems and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory duties.
AI-drafted replies (in development)
When this feature is offered, the text of a conversation may be processed by an AI model provider to suggest a reply. Staff review every draft, and a price is never sent without staff approval. AI providers we use must not train their models on this data. A subscriber can switch the AI off at any time.
5. What we never do
- Sell or rent personal data.
- Use subscribers’ or their customers’ data for advertising or marketing of our own.
- Train AI models on WhatsApp messages.
- Let one subscriber see another subscriber’s data.
- Message anyone who has opted out with STOP, except to confirm the opt-out or reply when they write to the business again.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run Pipeflow Connect, under contracts that limit their use to that purpose:
- Meta Platforms, which operates the WhatsApp Business Platform that carries the messages;
- our cloud database and hosting provider, in India (Mumbai);
- our website, security and document-rendering provider, which turns invoices into PDF files;
- an email provider, for service alerts to the subscriber’s staff;
- when AI drafting is offered, an AI model provider, as described above.
We name these providers to a subscriber on request. We also disclose data when the law requires it.
7. Where data is stored
Pipeflow Connect’s database and files are hosted in India (Mumbai). Messages pass through Meta’s WhatsApp systems, and some providers above may process data in other countries to deliver their service, as the law permits.
8. How long we keep data
- Chats and contacts: for as long as the subscriber uses Pipeflow Connect, or less if it chooses shorter periods.
- Consent and opt-out records: for as long as needed to prove that messages were sent lawfully.
- Invoice PDF files: deleted automatically 90 days after they are created.
- When a subscriber leaves: we delete its data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it longer.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each subscriber’s data is separated by access rules in the database. Every staff sign-in uses two-step verification, and every staff action is recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects personal data, we inform the affected subscribers and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. To stop WhatsApp messages from a business, reply STOP; reply STOP OFFERS to stop only offers.

Pipeflow Connect is for businesses and is not meant for children.
